As owner of the Grand Ole Lodge I welcome all outdoor
loving people. As the Trail Administrator of the North Country ATV Club, I must warn you that our trail system was developed
with families in mind not for trail racing. We have created a Family Oriented trail system which isn't difficult to ride while
providing great outdoor experiences. We offer you the opportunity to ride the best trail system in the State of New Hampshire
with over 100 miles of trails involving over thirty thousand acres and nearly all of it on privately owned land. Our trails
are for the most part, mountain trails which allow you to climb into the back country where the veiws and wilderness take
you back in time. We do not offer competitive trails where high speeds or trail racing is welcome or tolorated by the
North Country ATV Club or the Landowners who have so graciously allowed us to create these trails. In order to keep these
trails Family Safe we not only have over a dozen Club Trail Patrol but we invite Fish & Game to keep the moron factor to a
minimum.

Winter time hunting isn't so bad either. Here you see Ted with a large Bobcat he shot in Feb. 2004
while hunting coyotes.

Once again the Nighthawks Snowmobile Club Sponsored a Dog Sled Race on our trailsystem and it was
even better than last year. The lack of snow was almost a problem however just a couple of days before the event, we got just
enough to pull it off. We feel very fortunate to have these folks back and look forward to making this one of our annual events.
Many of them stay at the Lodge and we are gratefull not only for the patronage but we have made many new friends as well.
The race starts only a few hundred feet from our Lodge and makes it great for us as well as the racers. Everyone had a wonderful
time and we certainly hope they all come back next year to repeat the event. Once again we proved that we truley have multi-recreational
trails as we shared the snowmobile trail with these folks without incident, for the entire race.

Directions to The Grand Ole Lodge. If you are
coming up Interstate 93 you take Exit #35 which is Rt.3 North. You pass through the towns of Twin Mt., Whitefield, Lancaster,
and Groveton before coming to North Stratford where we are located. For a landmark, you will notice a paper mill in Groveton
which has a large pile of wood chips on the right side of the road. From this point in the center of Groveton, you proceed
12 miles north to North Stratford where you will see a large factory on the left side of Rt 3 with 15 mill houses in a row.
Immediately after the last mill house you will see a Lodge sign on the right side of Rt 3 with an arrow pointing to the right
which is Old Mill Rd. You take that right and go about 200 feet and we are the large building on the left.
